I wish I had something profound to say. Meaningful. Uplifting.
But this is not the Thursday for profundities.
The fact of the matter is I'm just thankful I have a three-day work week. Monday was a holiday and I'm off Friday and Monday to head to Macon for some festivities.
The first of the year is always the toughest in my business. Finalizing budgets, planning projects, making sure everyone is playing in the sandbox well together - these are my days.
So while Tuesday may be a mess when I get back in the office, I'm not going to think about it until then.
