Day 1, Week One

In conjunction with my bucket list of last week, I'm making some movement on a couple of the items. I'm planning some trips, looking at furniture and most importantly - I've started a jogging program.

Back in the day when I started this blog, I wrote about trying a Couch to 5K program and I failed miserably. But today, I started it one more time with a friend who actually runs. And she can do math while we run so it works well.

We went 2 1/2 miles in 44 minutes so yay me. It only gets harder as it goes along but I'm committed. Committed enough that we will be meeting at 6AM on Monday morning to do Day 2 of Week One.
