I've been sick this week. Monday and Tuesday I laid on my bed and watched old TV shows. My day was made up of everything from Perry Mason to Hawaii 5-0 to Big Valley to Bonanza to Gunsmoke. Good times.
I can't remember the last time I felt so bad that I just stayed in bed for two days. I usually change the scenery once in a while but not this time.
So with all that old TV show watching, I have some questions and observations:
Did you know that Lorne Greene had three wives and each boy had a different mother? And Hoss' real name was Eric.
Why didn't Marshal Dillon and Miss Kitty ever get together?
What's up with The Rifleman? He wasn't sheriff or anything. Why did he think he was in charge? Because he had a fancy gun?
Truth! Watching Petticoat Junction makes the theme song get stuck in your head.

I knew about the three different mothers but not that Hoss' real name was Eric. Now you have me wanting catch the episodes of Hoss' mother and Little Joe's.
The rest - I have no clue. But I use to love Johnny Crawford of The Rifleman!
