I'm thankful for a frustrating day.
A day that made steam start rising from my head starting at 8:40 AM.
A day that made my face feel hot more than once.
A day that made my heart race.
You know why I'm thankful for this day?
Because it makes me REALLY thankful for the majority of days that are not like this.
There was a time in my not-so-distant past where I operated every day with full on anxiety. And it was painful. Mentally, physically. And I was not so fun to be around either.
But those days are rare now and this one just happens to be it. I am so, so thankful that tomorrow is another day!
