For those that don't live Alabama, the breaking news of the day is that Tommy Tuberville has just been fired from the head coaching position at Auburn. Big news. He led them to an undefeated season a couple years ago and has been wildly successful.
But one losing season later and out he goes like the trash. College football is cutthroat in the SEC.
I don't feel so bad for the guy though. He's taking a $6 million buyout of his contract to leave. Heck, let me go coach some football team for a year, do horribly and get fired. I'd take the money and run.
