The pasta sauce from the previous post is definitely a keeper. And I didn't have as much leftover as I feared but I did have enough for my newest invention - PizzaDilla!
It's a pizza, it's a quesadilla. It's a PizzaDilla!
Ok so honestly, all I had in the house was whole wheat tortillas. So I slapped on some sauce, some low-fat mozzarella and spinach and wham! Tasty.
Or if we want to stick to one food ethnicity we can call it a much healthier calzone. But I think PizzaDilla is better.
