When it hurts to sneeze

You're doing something right.

I've started a new workout routine with a personal trainer. Love him to death and he doesn't give me any slack. It is exactly what I need to be healthy. I see him twice a week, spin twice a week and then the other day is do what I want to do. Go me.

But when doing ab work and the day after you sneeze and it hurts, you are working the right muscles.

I also learned that when you exercise it makes your hair prettier and skin clearer.
