Fried black-eyed peas

Probably one of the most wonderful things I've ever eaten. And I ate them at this restaurant in Roswell, GA. If you can figure out the recipe from this, I'm indebted forever.

in Roswell? You should have called the Barber's! Maybe I can put them on a mission to find out!

Soak Peas overnight, drain
Cook using 1 medium chopped onion
1 Jalapeno pepper chopped
1 Poblano pepper chopped
several cloves of garlic chopped
drain after cooking and then put into deep fryer for 4 - 7 minutes
Drain and toss with Old Bay seasoning and Sea Salt.
