Kansas City here I come.
Actually I'm already here. And it's hot. Like 8th circle of hell hot.
But I don't mind (terribly) because I'm here with friends. Tonight, I tagged along with Kyle and Sherri to the stockyards. And we ate at a KC landmark -The Golden Ox.
Look at this place. I had to look twice to make sure I went in the right door.
But it was delicious! And besides fantastic steak, there was a ton of cheese. Chorizo and cheese dip and creamy cheesy potatoes. I'm definitely hitting the treadmill in the AM.
Fun times ahead and good friends. This is probably one of my favorite trips of the year. Business and pleasure all wrapped in one!
