I'm headed to Danville tonight! My reward for a 7:15 AM to 6:00 PM day in Raleigh is that I get to spend the weekend at home.
It's completely fortuitous that my largest client has their home office in RTP and they plan their meetings for Wednesday and Thursday. Thus allowing me to take Friday and enjoy a long weekend.
Especially after this month. Have mercy I'm tired.
So today I'm thankful not only for a visit home, but also to have a job that allows me to take a day and have some much needed mental health time.
