But it is 4:40 AM and I'm awake. I have another hour until my alarm goes off and yet here I am. Wide-eyed and more alert than I am at 2:00 in the afternoon.
I hate it when this happens. Especially when I have to travel to another time zone. I turn into a zombie. I guess the good part is that I can sleep on the plane today. Considering it will be an eight-hour trip out there.
Maybe I can get an hour of rest before I have to get up. Highly doubtful but I can be hopeful.

Sorry, you didn't sleep very well. I hope you do manage to catch up on your rest on the plane. Have fun out in Portland. I think I'm a little jealous.

You should have called us! We were awake too. :) For a different reason, but we were awake.
