And to clarify, that is not spinning as in a "spinning wheel." I'm not making thread or anything. This is spinning as in on a stationary bicycle for 50 minutes at least twice a week. It's a killer workout if you have a chance to go.
Although I think I'm starting to appreciate the drug-induced state I was in for a week and a half. Because now I'm realizing how behind I am on many, many, many things. I'm trying not to feel overwhelmed but the deep-breathing is only doing so much.
Hey, but at least I can take a deep breath! Huzzah!
