Let's get physical

I'm proud of my self. I worked out three days this week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. And even though today is Saturday I've tried to at least do some Pilates and sit-ups while watching TV. Of course getting up off the floor is more difficult when no one is watching.

I am committed to this thing though. I want to change my habits and in the process get healthier. My favorite new snacks: 100 calorie popcorn, dried apricot halves (great source of potassium), soy butter (fake peanut butter) with apples and walnuts.

I know - you're wishing you were me. All I can think is this better work.
